Terms & Conditions
Shipping: Larger orders may incur additional shipping fees. We will notify you if this happens and will request additional payment from you.
Refunds: Refunds will only be made on printed materials if the order is cancelled before it is sent to production. Once in productions refunds will not be made.
Reprints: All orders will be sent a proof by email. Client is responsible for reviewing the proof and alerting JDM Designs LLC of any issues with the look or spelling of the products. Reprints will only be made for a printing defect or a mishap on JDM Designs LLC's behalf. Products with defect will be reprinted in their original approved state and cannont be changed.
